How do you bring the spirit of Starbucks to life—76 meters above the ground?
Al Shaya Group approached PJR Group with a bold vision: transform Al Soor Tower into a giant, city-visible celebration of Starbucks. The challenge wasn’t just in the scale; it was in the height, precision, and creativity needed to make it happen safely and flawlessly on one of Kuwait City’s tallest glass façades.
The Idea

Our team envisioned a massive building wrap that would dominate the skyline—dynamic, vibrant, and unmistakably Starbucks. Every detail—from color calibration to structural planning—had to work perfectly at a monumental scale.
Our Solution
Reaching New Heights, Literally
Installing the 76m × 31m wrap required engineering, innovation, and courage. Traditional access methods couldn’t reach some areas of the tower, so our team developed custom high-altitude rigging techniques to safely apply each section of the One Way Vision sticker. Every panel had to align with millimeter accuracy to maintain the integrity of the design.
Precision Printing & Material Selection
We used premium One Way Vision film, chosen for its ability to display crisp, high-definition graphics externally while maintaining clear visibility from inside the building. The material performed beautifully under Kuwait’s intense light, ensuring the artwork remained vivid without glare or distortion.
Coordination & Safety
From traffic management to multi-team synchronization at height, this project demanded focus and flawless communication. Our crews worked in carefully timed shifts, navigating wind, heat, and height—all while keeping the safety of workers and pedestrians the top priority.
The Moment
When the final panel was placed, the tower itself became the message.
The Starbucks imagery towered over the city—bold, modern, and full of energy. Pedestrians stopped to capture photos, and the building instantly became one of Kuwait City’s most striking visuals.
